you all want to know what i did today
i got food poisening....thats right....food poisening.
Finished off half a bottle of pepto bismal and the remains of my peppermint tums. Ashleys mom even came by to give me gravol and gingerale. It was murder. Did you know that gingerale can get stains out of carpet? Its become my new windex.
Anyways, im still feeling queezy. Even the sight of food on commercials makes me want to puke. And trust me, I've done my fair share of that already today....I hate it. It makes me cry.....
So i really pray that I can recover from this soon. I enjoy recieving get well cards too, like this one from carina:

Ouch yea.. food poisoning sucks. And puking your guts out was never fun :/ (I've had the experience..)
You know theres a story I once heard of a guy who puked so much (it was some bad disorder or something).. that his muscles on his chest/stomach coudnt handle it and he fractured a rib!

You remember that little card we got you like a year and a half ago? when you first got sick with "whatever" :P now that was a good card.
So we hung out with Jay and Josh last night - they were sad you guys couldn't go to the hill, too. I hope you get better soon!
They did say, though, that the hill was all ice. Now try picturing me in those conditions, given my situation of rookiness... I hope that at least makes you feel a bit better (even if you laugh at the thought of a total rookie slippin all over the hill)

No, I just checked on the weather network and it said rain for the next few days.
Update tho, they actually did phone yesterday - I told them to phone me when they got there (I went to see them at the airport), but they forgot until yesterday. But apparently, its raining everywhere on the island except waikiki.. they're actually getting burned.
But maybe its the fragile Alberta winter skin.. who knows.
Anyways, it sounds like they're having an awesome time.
